Looks like I didn’t mislead you, after all. Written in 1892, “my flag” changed to “the flag of the United States” in 1923, “under God” added 1954.

A traveling exhibition on Grant and Lee by the Virginia Historical Society is making its way around the country. Note the story and particularly the comments in the Houston Chronicle.

The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports on a plan by GA state senators to invoke the 10th Amendment in opposition to federal health care reform. Story here. Similar measures are under consideration in Florida and Arizona.
